Description

Work on mainframe systems for a Post-Trade agenda supporting securities, investment, and settlement tasks. You will collaborate on mainframe-related work, write COBOL and JCL, optimize DB2 on z/OS, use CICS for transaction processing, and leverage IBM MQ for messaging and integration. The role includes performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting using abend and system dump analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on mainframe systems-related tasks and ensure optimal performance
• Program using COBOL and JCL
• Manage and optimize DB2 for z/OS databases
• Use CICS for transaction processing
• Utilize IBM MQ for messaging and integration tasks
• Conduct performance tuning and debugging of applications
• Analyze abend codes and system dumps to troubleshoot issues

Requirements
