Description

You will design, develop, and enhance Salesforce-based solutions for sales and customer service processes. The role includes building OneDesk capabilities (e.g., Next Best Action, 360° client view, and a task work module), developing sales processes (onboarding, pipeline, quoting, acquisition, scoring), and implementing integrations between systems. You will also analyze business needs and translate them into IT solutions, collaborating on integration architecture and data flow.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop Salesforce-based solutions for sales networks

• Design and develop order and inquiry handling processes for Middle and Back Office

• Develop sales processes including onboarding, pipeline, quoting, acquisition, and scoring

• Build OneDesk solutions: Next Best Action (NBA), 360° client view, and a tasks module

• Design and develop integrations between systems

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into IT solutions

• Collaborate on integration architecture and data flow

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of IT experience

• Practical knowledge of REST and system integrations

• Salesforce experience, especially Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Experience designing or developing solutions supporting sales and customer service processes

• Ability to analyze business processes and map them to system solutions

• Experience in either Salesforce or IT infrastructure

• If specializing in IT infrastructure: integration design topics, data types, and REST/SOAP communication

• UML and Enterprise Architect knowledge is a plus
