Description

Support the development and optimization of credit processes in a bank, with a strong focus on mortgage loans. You will analyze and model credit workflows, gather and analyze business and system requirements, and produce process and analytical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and model the bank’s credit processes (preferably mortgage-related)

• Collect and analyze business and system requirements

• Create analytical and process documentation

• Collaborate with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, and IT teams

• Participate in designing and implementing system changes

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a System Analyst

• Experience in the banking sector, especially in the credit/lending area

• Knowledge of credit processes (mortgage loans are a major advantage)

• Ability to create documentation and perform requirements analysis

• Knowledge of BPMN/UML and experience working in Agile

• Good communication and experience collaborating across multiple teams
