Description

You will work on the development of a CRM solution for corporate banking, supporting the full client management process—from lead management to finalizing credit transactions. The role includes analysis and designing solutions that support sales and credit workflows, and integrating Salesforce CRM with other banking systems. You will also help design system-to-system communication using REST and AsyncAPI.

Responsibilities

• Develop solution concepts and business architecture

• Design communication between systems using REST and AsyncAPI

• Collaborate with technical teams on CRM integration

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar position

• Practical knowledge of Salesforce CRM

• Knowledge of REST

• Knowledge of AsyncAPI

• Ability to design solution concepts and business architecture

• Experience designing integrations and communication between systems

• Ability to collaborate with technical teams

• English at least B2

• Nice to have: Knowledge of RabbitMQ
