Description

Design, integrate, and operate secure cloud and container-based IT solutions. You will automate recurring tasks using DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code, improve service portfolio offerings in cloud platforms, and support internal service teams. You will also analyze cross-domain issues, maintain technical documentation, and participate in on-call readiness.

Responsibilities

• Efficient and secure provisioning of IT infrastructure with a focus on cloud platforms and container technology

• Conception and integration of new IT solutions into the corporate infrastructure in cloud and hybrid models (onPrem, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

• Further development and support of the service portfolio within the MarkHub cloud platform and the development platform

• Automation of recurring tasks using scripts and programming languages (e.g., Terraform, Bash, Go)

• Identify risks, implement safeguards, and remediate potential security risks

• Support and advise internal service teams in using the IT infrastructure

• Analyze and resolve complex, cross-functional problems

• Maintain and develop technical documentation and contribute to on-call duty

Requirements

• Completed technical education or degree in IT or equivalent qualification

• Sound knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Azure, and container technology

• Knowledge of log management, monitoring tools, and databases (SQL/NoSQL) plus basic understanding of network protocols, firewall rules, DNS, and Linux

• Experience with DevOps tools and practices such as CI/CD and IaC to automate development, integration, and deployment (preferably GitLab, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes)

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented approach, high ownership, teamwork, and communication skills

• Openness and strong interest in current hosting and managed services developments

• Very good German and good English skills
