Description

You will design, develop, integrate, and deploy AI/ML solutions that support business processes, along with automating business and technology workflows. The role combines technology and business thinking: identify optimization opportunities, propose solutions, and bring them into production. You will work with IT, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions supporting business processes

• Identify processes that can be automated or optimized using AI

• Integrate AI models and AI services with existing IT systems and business applications

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions

• Deploy and manage solutions in cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure

• Automate deployment and operational processes in collaboration with DevOps teams

• Configure, monitor, and optimize environments running AI solutions

• Ensure security, data protection, and compliance (including GDPR and AI Act)

• Optimize performance and costs of AI solutions and infrastructure

• Document and standardize technical processes and solutions

• Translate business needs into concrete technical implementations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience (software development/DevOps/cloud or related)

• Practical knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD

• Experience with cloud solutions, preferably Microsoft Azure

• Experience with containerization and orchestration, especially Kubernetes or OpenShift

• Hands-on experience building, integrating, or deploying AI/ML or automation solutions

• Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology

• Knowledge of IT security and data processing in regulated environments

• Ability to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities

• Independence, proactivity, and practical troubleshooting mindset
