Description

Develop a modern recruitment platform that supports the full hiring lifecycle—from candidate attraction and selection to hiring and onboarding—with an emphasis on compliance and operational workflows. You will design and implement microservices, create new greenfield modules, integrate systems, and synchronize candidate data across applications, including participation in data migration and modernization. Work across several closely collaborating teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

• Ensure code quality, scalability, and reliability

Requirements

• Very strong Java (17/21) knowledge and Spring ecosystem experience

• Experience with distributed systems and microservice architecture

• Practical knowledge of design patterns and integration patterns

• Solid understanding of synchronous and asynchronous communication (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)

• Experience with DDD, hexagonal architecture, and event-driven approaches

• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose scalable solutions

• Awareness of data and task flows in complex systems

• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases

• Cloud knowledge, preferably AWS

• Good teamwork and openness to GenAI tools
