Description

You’ll join a strategic transformation program building a modern ecosystem for claims and benefits handling. The work focuses on large-scale microservice systems that directly impact millions of customer experiences. You’ll also support development using AI-assisted/agentic AI tools in the software delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain microservice-based applications

• Build and develop APIs and integrations between systems

• Implement functional and non-functional requirements

• Maintain code quality through automated tests and code reviews

• Collaborate on system solution design

• Use AI tools and an agentic AI approach during software creation

• Participate in Scrum events and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

• Optimize and develop modern business processes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial Java experience

• Minimum 5 years with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate

• Minimum 5 years with SQL

• Minimum 3 years with Apache Kafka

• Knowledge of unit and integration tests (JUnit, TestNG, Spock, Testcontainers, WireMock)

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Knowledge of Docker or other containerization technologies

• Knowledge of design patterns and resilience mechanisms for distributed systems

• Experience with Angular

• Knowledge of BPMN and process/workflow engines

• Ability to use AI tools in day-to-day development

• Hybrid work availability (at least 1 day/week from Warsaw office)
