Description

You will design and plan desktop testing exercises aligned with Collaboration and Communication Services (CCS) objectives and regulatory expectations for banking operations. You will develop realistic MVB-grounded scenarios, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and manage exercise logistics, documentation, and follow-up action items. You will document outcomes—findings, observations, gaps, and recommendations—to improve recovery procedures and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan desktop testing exercises for banking operations aligned with CCS objectives and regulatory expectations
• Develop realistic MVB-grounded scenarios to stress-test manual recovery procedures and interdependencies across business functions
• Facilitate and host exercising workshops with key stakeholders across business and support units
• Manage exercise logistics and coordination, including participant engagement, timing, documentation, and real-time facilitation
• Create exercise material, participant guides, and facilitator notes for repeatable, high-quality execution
• Track and manage action items from exercises and coordinate follow-up with timely updates to senior leadership and programme governance
• Document testing outcomes (findings, observations, gaps, recommendations) for CCS improvements
• Collaborate with business continuity and crisis management teams to align recovery plans, crisis response protocols, and business continuity strategies

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Operational Resilience, or related disciplines
• At least 1–2 years focused on testing, exercising, or technical recovery planning
• Hands-on experience designing and executing testing exercises, including desktop exercises
• Proven experience in the Financial Services Industry (banking, insurance, or equivalent)
• Proven expertise in BCCM frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent facilitation skills for engaging senior leadership and managing differing stakeholder perspectives
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain focus on exercise objectives and outcomes
