Description

You will optimize and shape the architecture, security, and compliance of the Azure cloud environment. Working in an agile setting, you will deliver Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform/OpenTofu, integrate and improve tools such as New Relic, SonarQube, and WIZ, and support teams with Azure infrastructure provisioning and IT project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and design architecture, security, and compliance for the Azure cloud environment
• Integrate and optimize tools such as New Relic, SonarQube, WIZ, OpenTofu, and Crossplane
• Advise and support specialist departments and other teams in IT projects
• Support daily operations, e.g., provisioning infrastructure

Requirements

• Completed (university) degree or cloud-focused training, or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in an agile environment, with familiarity with BizDevOps or DevSecOps
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience in Microsoft Azure using Terraform or OpenTofu
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Analytical thinking and strong conceptual skills; ability to document technical specifications clearly
• Independent, structured, and responsible approach
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (including cross-company)
• Very good German and English; interest in actively shaping digitization
• JavaScript, Python, or PHP programming skills are a plus
