Description

Join a team building and operating a modern cloud and infrastructure platform used by millions of customers. You will manage infrastructure in Azure and on-prem, improve CI/CD pipelines, and develop automation using Infrastructure as Code. You’ll also operate Kubernetes with Helm and GitOps delivery using ArgoCD, while handling incidents with root-cause analysis and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure services in Azure and on-prem
• Design, implement, and evolve CI/CD pipelines
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code modules and automation
• Operate cloud services and networking components (VNet, peering, private endpoints) and optimize costs
• Implement and manage identity and access in Entra ID including RBAC
• Administer Kubernetes clusters, workloads, node pools, and Helm charts
• Deploy and manage applications using ArgoCD and GitOps principles
• Resolve operational incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and create runbooks/operational documentation
• Manage Windows and Linux servers, including patching, hardening, and backups
• Support development teams and internal users in using the platform and cloud services
• Collaborate with the network team on infrastructure networking aspects

Requirements

• Practical experience with CI/CD tooling, Git, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Automation and scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Solid knowledge of Azure services, cloud networking, and identity management (Entra ID, RBAC)
• Experience with Kubernetes cluster management, Helm charts, and GitOps tools (e.g., ArgoCD)
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration
• Endpoint management experience (Intune, SOTI) is an advantage
• Ability to independently analyze and solve operational problems
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn new technologies, and ability to share knowledge
• Communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical teams
