Description

Lead end-to-end QA quality across the full testing lifecycle, from requirements engineering review through QA/UAT sign-off in a monorepo environment. Combine manual and automation testing, maintain CI tests and defect retesting, and mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers. Support API, SQL, Excel parity testing, data quality validation between UI and backend, and AI evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end (E2E) quality from requirements engineering review to QA/UAT sign-off across the monorepo
• Work effectively in a multicultural, high-dynamics environment with high client-quality expectations
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level QA Engineers
• Perform a mix of manual and automation testing, including exploratory E2E testing
• Execute API, SQL and Excel parity testing
• Perform data quality validation between UI and backend systems
• Carry out AI evaluations
• Manage and update GitHub tickets
• Maintain CI tests and strategize automation approaches
• Automate test cases based on business requirements and project constraints
• Work with Azure DevOps

Requirements

• Senior-level technology and people skills
• Hands-on experience with Playwright (preferably with TypeScript)
• Experience with pytest, Robot Framework, Selenium, curl and/or Postman
• Ability to switch between manual/functional testing and automation testing based on priorities
• ISTQB Foundation certification or higher
• Experience with data quality validation between UI and backend systems
• Proactive mindset and strong can-do attitude
• Ability to quickly ramp up in new environments and projects
• Experience working in multicultural teams
