• Focus: Support, administration, and continuous development of a PLM ecosystem for virtual product development, planning, and digital engineering processes

Description

Support and enhance the CONNECT and 3DEXPERIENCE solutions used in the Volkswagen environment. Provide user support for 3DEXPERIENCE applications and PLM processes, run validations/testing and rollout activities, and contribute to PLM digitalization and transformation projects. Prepare training materials and user documentation, deliver workshops and training, and support the transition from CAD/PDM to integrated PLM and Digital Twin solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance CONNECT and 3DEXPERIENCE solutions

• Provide user support for 3DEXPERIENCE applications and PLM processes

• Execute validations, testing, and rollout activities

• Contribute to PLM digitalization and transformation projects

• Prepare training materials and user documentation

• Deliver workshops and user training sessions

• Support the transition from CAD/PDM to integrated PLM and Digital Twin solutions

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of CONNECT and 3DEXPERIENCE

• Deep knowledge of KVS, TI-Syncro and related interfaces

• Good understanding of Volkswagen processes and engineering workflows

• Knowledge of CATIA V5 including CAA tools; design experience is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of DMU Navigator, Vismockup, NEFA and NETIS

• Advanced MS Office skills

• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira and Confluence

• English B2/C1 required; German B2 preferred
