Description

As a Data & Reporting Specialist (Power BI), you will create, develop, and manage reporting solutions that support decision-making across the organization. You will handle data from acquisition and transformation through visualization and publishing, collaborating with internal and external partners to build modern data architecture and a centralized reporting environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Power BI reports, including data models, DAX calculations, and data transformations

• Collaborate on the design of the data environment, data flows, and data architecture for centralized reporting

• Coordinate data integration from multiple systems (ERP, MES, SharePoint, Excel, API, and databases)

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data preparation and processing

• Work with IT and external vendors to implement data stores and data processes

• Publish and administer reports in Power BI Service, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint

• Use AI tools to streamline work with data, documentation, and process automation

• Design and maintain data governance (structure, standards, and data quality)

• Propose and implement improvements to reporting processes and data architecture

Requirements

• Practical experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, visualization)

• Solid SQL knowledge and experience working with database systems

• Experience with Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Storage is a plus)

• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts, data lake, and ETL/ELT processes

• Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)

• Experience in centralized reporting environments

• Awareness of AI tools for data and analytics
