• Role: Web Analytics Analyst (0.75–1.0 FTE)

Description

You will help us understand how people use our websites and convert data into practical recommendations for ongoing improvements. You will manage web analytics, verify and expand existing measurements, prepare dashboards and analyses, and present findings clearly to colleagues. The role emphasizes collaboration with fundraising, media, UX, and international team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage web analytics; review current measurements and implement new tracking setups

• Build dashboards and conduct analyses

• Evaluate results, find meaningful correlations, and communicate insights clearly

• Propose ideas for improving measurement and testing, especially for websites and donation paths

• Collaborate with media and fundraising teams and a UX specialist to improve web and donor journeys

• Provide analytical support to colleagues in the Czech Republic and abroad

Requirements

• At least basic hands-on experience with web analytics

• Proficiency in GA4 and basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager

• Czech and English at a very good level (spoken and written)

• Strong interest in working with data and reasoning about what the numbers mean

• Ability to explain results to people without analytics background

• Curious, proactive, independent, and reliable; comfortable asking questions when needed and learning new things
