Description

You will own the technical side of the sales cycle—running platform demos, building proof of concepts, and guiding prospects through evaluation. After signing, you stay involved through onboarding, helping customers set up their content model and prepare their teams to build. Consultants, Support Engineers, and Customer Success Managers support the post-sale process, while you provide continuity from day one.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery conversations to understand customer requirements and technical constraints
• Validate technical requirements and solution fit alongside sales-led discovery
• Run tailored platform demos and proof of concepts at each stage of evaluation
• Guide technical evaluations and help determine whether the deal moves forward
• Advise on architecture and integration strategies aligned to customer goals
• Onboard new customers by translating sales-cycle learnings into practical recommendations
• Communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders
• Deliver consulting and customer enablement engagements to drive adoption and value

Requirements

• Experience in presales, solution engineering, or technical consulting
• Knowledge of how to navigate a sales cycle and win technical trust
• Strong understanding of SaaS and API-first architecture
• Ability to read and write one or more: JavaScript, TypeScript, C#/.NET, React, Next.js, Vue, Angular
• Confident with REST APIs
• Ability to lead conversations with both technical and business stakeholders
