Description

You will analyze business and technical needs, build solution concepts and high-level architecture, choose technologies/platforms, and prepare assumptions for project execution. The role includes feasibility and estimation input, participation in discovery workshops and technical consults, validation of new technologies and approaches, and support for delivery teams during project kickoff. You will help convert business goals into executable, valuable IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical needs and help define new IT solutions
• Create solution concepts and high-level architecture
• Select technologies, platforms, and products matched to project and client needs
• Collaborate with development teams and technology experts to define project assumptions
• Prepare inputs for estimation and assess feasibility of proposed solutions
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and consultations for new technology initiatives
• Support technology decision-making using analysis of available solutions and market trends
• Verify new technologies, products, and architectural approaches for applicability
• Support preparation of prototypes, PoCs, and concept materials for new solutions
• Communicate assumptions and concepts to delivery teams and support at project start

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience in software development (e.g., Senior Developer, Tech Lead, Solution Architect)
• 2+ years in solution design, technology selection, estimation, or analysis of new project initiatives
• Direct experience designing, building, or implementing IT solutions
• Experience designing solutions and defining high-level architecture or selecting technologies for IT projects
• Experience delivering projects in the Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience with estimation, feasibility analysis, or project planning
• Knowledge of modern technologies/platforms/approaches for IT solutions
• Strong systems architecture perspective, with orientation in cloud, integrations, security, DevOps, and AI
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience working with clients, business stakeholders, or project teams when defining new solutions
• Very good communication skills and ability to facilitate workshops and technical discussions
• Practical knowledge of the software development process
• Interest in new technologies, products, and market trends
• English at least B2+ (client communication and technical documentation)
