Description

You will work on information risk and information security management projects, collaborating with specialist departments and IT to plan and implement ISMS improvements based on standards such as ISO 27001 and BSI. You will support the implementation of compliance requirements for information risk and information security management and cyber security, including business impact analyses and protection requirement determinations. You will also help design and document ISMS-relevant IT service management processes and support security assessments, awareness activities, and training—using AI tools securely and critically evaluating results.

Requirements

• Completed IT degree or comparable qualification

• Relevant experience in information security / IT security, data protection, cyber security, IT governance, IT compliance, IT risk management, and IT service management

• In-depth knowledge and certifications in information security, plus practical experience building information security and/or data protection management systems

• Practical experience with industry-specific regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., BAIT, VAIT) is a plus

• Confident communication, teamwork, and willingness to travel for project-related national trips

• Secure use of AI tools in your field with critical evaluation of outputs

• Very good German and good English skills

Responsibilities

• Work in information risk and information security management projects across specialist departments and IT

• Support implementation of compliance requirements in the context of information risk and information security management and cyber security

• Conduct business impact analyses and determine protection requirements

• Design and document ISMS-relevant IT service management processes and adapt ISMS documentation

• Contribute to security assessments and help plan and deliver awareness and training measures
