Description

You will identify, evaluate, and continuously monitor ICT risks, and recommend risk-reducing actions. The role includes developing and improving the ICT risk-management methodology, analyzing risk data from multiple sources (KRI, incidents, audits, vulnerabilities, technology changes, vendors, and regulations), and facilitating substantive challenges of risk assessments and mitigation plans. You will also assess residual risk and support risk acceptance, escalation, and reporting, while collaborating with technology and business teams and tracking regulatory changes affecting risk processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and monitor ICT risks; recommend risk-mitigating actions

• Develop and refine risk-management methodology (criteria, metrics, and assessment methods)

• Analyze risk data from multiple sources to build a complete risk picture

• Lead substantive challenge of risk assessments, mitigation plans, and propose alternatives

• Assess residual risk and support acceptance, escalation, and risk reporting processes

• Partner with technology and business teams on ICT risk management

• Monitor how regulatory changes impact ICT risk-management processes

Requirements

• Several years of experience in risk management covering identification, assessment, and monitoring

• Ability to develop risk-management methodologies and critically evaluate used methods and assumptions

• Experience identifying risks based on data from multiple sources

• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear risk scenarios and business recommendations

• Experience assessing mitigation effectiveness and conducting substantive discussions about risk

• Knowledge of KRI indicators and using data to monitor the risk profile

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders

• Independence, analytical thinking, and solution-seeking mindset
