Description

The role covers administration and development of a global Microsoft 365 environment, with a strong focus on identity, endpoint management, and security. You will support Microsoft Defender-based monitoring and incident analysis, while moving from day-to-day operations toward independently delivering infrastructure, cloud, and security projects. The position emphasizes practical application of Least Privilege, Zero Trust, and MFA.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop global Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive

• Manage users, groups, and licenses; configure and maintain environment standards

• Analyze and resolve Microsoft 365 service issues

• Work with enterprise app registrations, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and administrative roles/RBAC

• Support B2B/external users, identity synchronization, authentication/access/device registration problems

• Manage endpoints with Microsoft Intune: configuration profiles, compliance policies, endpoint security, app deployment

• Handle Windows Autopilot, system/app updates, Windows device management

• Investigate device registration and compliance issues

• Perform security alert analysis and work with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint / Defender XDR

• Support EDR processes and initial incident analysis; collaborate with an external Security Operations Center

• Monitor global security, develop and enforce security policies

• Participate in preparation and testing of Disaster Recovery Plans

• Analyze risks and propose improvements

• Participate in projects across multiple group companies, including new Microsoft rollouts, migrations, cloud projects, security enhancements, automation, standardization, and system integrations

Requirements

• Practical experience administering Microsoft environments (or comparable scope)

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, and the basics of Windows Server infrastructure, networking, and identity/endpoint security

• Practical understanding of Least Privilege, Zero Trust, and MFA applied to technical solutions

• Independence in issue analysis; ability to identify root cause and take ownership for changes

• Ability to create technical documentation

• Very good English

• Willingness for continuous development

• Driver’s license category B
