Frontend/UI Engineer - React/TypeScript, Warsaw, Hybrid, 5 days in officeYou will:Build and maintain a large-scale, React-based component library that provides the shared design system and UI foundation for web applications across the firmDesign and ship production UI components, ensuring high consistency, comprehensive test coverage, and strict accessibility compliance (WCAG)Diagnose and resolve bugs across the component library, theming/styling layer, and build toolingCollaborate closely with design and platform teams to ensure all components meet design system and performance standardsScale AI-driven workflows by using AI coding agents (like Claude Code) as a core part of your daily workflowDesign and implement UI-related agent skills, contributing improvements back to the internal toolingYou bring:Proven experience building UIs, component libraries, and/or design systems at scaleStrong knowledge of React and TypeScript (plus basic familiarity with Angular for maintenance purposes)Solid experience with modern styling architectures, specifically CSS-in-JS and SassDeep understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and hands-on experience building accessible componentsExperience with testing tools (React Testing Library, Cypress) and build/monorepo tooling (Bazel)Hands-on experience with Claude Code (or equivalent agentic coding CLIs), effectively directing AI agents within large, convention-heavy codebasesAbility to actively evaluate and improve AI-agent workflows, including prompts, skills, and guardrails
