Description

You will develop and stabilize ServiceNow platform services used across the dm group, especially in ITSM, CMDB/Configuration Management, Asset Management, and self-service/support workflows. The work includes building automations and test coverage, designing integrations with external systems (e.g., Active Directory, SAP), and translating business requirements into technical solutions with user stories. Senior profiles will additionally support technical planning and knowledge sharing within the delivery stream.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions for ITSM and Configuration Management
• Create and optimize workflows, business rules, client scripts, and automations using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
• Implement integrations with external systems using REST API and SOAP API
• Convert business requirements into technical user stories and an agreed delivery scope with product/technology teams
• Create and maintain automated tests using Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Participate in Agile activities (planning, reviews, retrospectives, releases) and code reviews
• Support quality standards and technical best practices

Requirements

• Practical ServiceNow development experience, at least in ITSM
• Very strong JavaScript knowledge and hands-on ServiceNow scripting (business rules, client scripts, script includes)
• Experience with Flow Designer and/or Integration Hub for automation
• Practical integration experience using REST API or SOAP API
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and Configuration Management
• Experience delivering in Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• Polish and English language proficiency at C1 level
