Description

Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform in alignment with ServiceNow best practices. Work with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-quality functionality. Build workflows, automate processes, enhance ITSM and Service Catalog modules, and deliver integrations using APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions

• Implement and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, and automated processes

• Develop custom functionality using JavaScript and ServiceNow development frameworks

• Configure and enhance ITSM and Service Catalog modules

• Build and maintain integrations with external systems via APIs and integration technologies

• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvements

• Follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices

• Maintain technical documentation for configurations and implemented solutions

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and workflow development

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Service Catalog

• Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs and system integrations

• Solid understanding of IT Service Management processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management)

• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions

• Experience with migrations between ServiceNow and Jira environments
