Role: Senior Software Engineer (Individual Contributor with architectural ownership)

Focus: Frontend microfrontends for high-throughput career document builders (CSR-first), embedded into host applications

Work model: 100% remote (must live in Poland or be willing to relocate)

Description

Build and maintain microfrontend apps for career document builders, ensuring seamless user experiences when embedded within host codebases. Partner with Lead/Principal Engineers to evolve monorepo architecture, while maintaining code quality and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate goals and requirements into frontend work.

Responsibilities

• Develop microfrontend apps from the ground up and maintain existing ones
• Work on monorepo architecture and support multiple deployment styles
• Own code quality through code reviews and improvements to automated CI checks
• Guide and coach less experienced colleagues
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analyze designs in Figma
• Plan work for sprints and set responsibility boundaries with other teams
• Debug static and runtime issues in mixed-ownership environments
• Implement feature flags and run A/B tests with extensive conditional rendering
• Be prepared for occasional SSR and orchestration-layer backend service work

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience developing high-availability B2C applications
• Deep understanding of CSR TypeScript + React
• Expertise in frontend best practices (readable, extensible, maintainable, performance-aware)
• Ability to model monorepo codebases and make architectural decisions
• Experience debugging static and runtime issues in mixed-ownership environments
• Experience implementing and maintaining feature flags and A/B tests with conditional rendering
• Ability to discuss technical decisions with other engineering teams
• Maturity to guide and coach others
• English at least B2 (spoken and written)
• Polish at least C1 (spoken and written)
