Description

You will develop and maintain advanced embedded software components in C++ for industrial automation. The work focuses on high-level software layers that handle communication, integration, and key system functions, designed to be reusable across different hardware platforms—while emphasizing system architecture, networking, reliability, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop software for communication modules of industrial devices
• Refactor and test existing solutions
• Collaborate with the development team to define and assess proposed solutions
• Work with other teams across the organization regarding software capabilities and product roadmaps
• Navigate a large codebase and communicate in Polish and English

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of C++ programming experience
• Knowledge of embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS)
• Good knowledge of communication protocols including Ethernet and TCP/IP
• General knowledge of networking and the OSI model
• Ability to debug embedded devices
• Advanced English and Polish
• Must be located in Poland
