Description

You will help design and develop onboard electronics for a hybrid aircraft, working under guidance on schematics and PCB design, bringing prototypes to life, and performing lab measurements and testing support. You’ll collaborate across mechanics, firmware, and the test team, while learning power electronics, EMC, and engineering for demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to electronic design for a hybrid aircraft

• Create simpler schematics and PCB layouts under guidance

• Bring up prototypes, diagnose and locate faults

• Perform laboratory measurements and assist with electronics testing

• Work with mechanics, firmware developers, and the test team

• Learn power electronics design and design for harsh operating conditions

• Support product development from prototype to flight testing

Requirements

• Basics of analog and digital electronics

• Comfortable reading schematics

• Ability to read datasheets

• Experience using an oscilloscope, multimeter, and laboratory power supply

• Experience designing your own projects or PCBs

• Basic knowledge of microcontrollers (STM32, AVR, ESP32 or similar)

• Basic C/C++ and/or embedded programming knowledge

• Motivation to learn new technologies and solve technical problems
