Description

Join an international engineering team developing software for the aviation industry. As a Frontend Software Engineer, you’ll build modern, responsive frontend applications using JavaScript and TypeScript, owning features end-to-end from implementation and testing to delivery. You’ll also participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant frontend applications

• Own frontend features end-to-end: implementation, testing, and delivery

• Write and maintain unit and integration tests

• Participate in code reviews and share best practices

• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend engineers, and QA

• Work with Git and CI/CD pipelines using standard branching and merge request workflows

• Develop in Docker-based environments and collaborate with DevOps/OS teams

• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, technical discussions, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field

• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience

• React experience and experience with at least two frontend frameworks or libraries

• Component library experience (e.g., MUI)

• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3

• Experience with frontend unit and integration testing (e.g., Jest, Vitest, Testing Library, Cypress)

• Experience with Git and code review workflows

• Docker and containerized development experience

• Knowledge of build tools (e.g., Vite or Webpack) and frontend performance optimization

• Understanding of CI/CD and test automation

• Web application security knowledge, including XSS mitigation, CSP, and secure cookie handling

• Ability to mentor others and participate in technical design discussions

• Fluent English and strong communication skills
