Description

Work on scalable backend services and integrations that represent the relationship between customers and vehicles across their lifecycle. You will build and operate cloud-native solutions on AWS and develop event-driven communication centered on Apache Kafka for real-time data exchange between enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and/or Kotlin with Spring

• Build and maintain APIs and integrate with customer-facing applications, CRM platforms, and other enterprise services

• Use Apache Kafka for event-driven communication and real-time data exchange

• Design solutions based on distributed and event-driven architectures

• Contribute to software architecture, system design, and technical decision-making

• Develop and operate AWS cloud-native solutions

• Apply Infrastructure as Code, cloud security, automation, and observability best practices

• Take end-to-end ownership: deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support

• Collaborate with developers, architects, product teams, and technical stakeholders

• Ensure services are scalable, maintainable, secure, and reliable

Requirements

• Several years of professional software development experience with Java and/or Kotlin

• Strong hands-on experience with Spring

• Strong practical production experience with Apache Kafka

• Experience designing and implementing APIs and system integrations

• Solid experience with software architecture and system design

• Good understanding of event-driven architectures, asynchronous communication, and distributed systems

• Practical experience with AWS and cloud-native application development

• Knowledge of cloud engineering best practices, including Infrastructure as Code and cloud security

• Strong DevOps mindset and experience taking responsibility after deployment

• Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production environments

• Strong ownership mentality and hands-on approach

• Very good English communication skills
