Description

You will develop, maintain, and continuously improve internet-facing Commercial Cards applications with a strong focus on availability, performance, and security. The role centers on Java/Spring Boot back-end services integrated with Kafka, REST APIs, and an Angular front end. You will work in an Agile/Scrum environment on a long-term cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Kafka, SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Build and improve microservices-based solutions following clean code principles and best practices
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrations with internal and external systems
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities found via SAST, container/dependency scanning, penetration testing, and similar assessments
• Drive secure coding practices and improve the security posture of internet-facing applications
• Troubleshoot defects, incidents, and production issues
• Support CI/CD processes with Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins
• Optimize performance, scalability, resilience, and maintainability
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Architects, Security Specialists, and Operations; participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Create and maintain technical documentation (solution designs and operational guidelines)
• Use AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot, supporting adoption of AI agents and intelligent automation

Requirements

• 5+ years of Full Stack Java development, including testing your own changes
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST API skills
• Angular and Angular Material
• Kafka and SQL database experience
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD
• Experience resolving security vulnerabilities identified by SAST and container/dependency scanning
• Knowledge of secure coding and OWASP principles
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of AI tools or willingness to explore them
• Fluent English
