• Help improve technical foundations and processes for faster and more efficient digital customer request handling

• Contribute to the operation and optimization of Elastic-based solutions in the cloud environment

• Support continuous improvements across a diverse system landscape

Requirements

• Experience with Elastic Stack technologies in cloud environments

• Ability to design, operate, and optimize Elastic-based solutions

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure for deploying and running Elastic workloads

• Strong problem-solving skills to improve technical and operational processes
