Description

You will develop concepts and strategic insights from customer data to drive a shift toward an insights-driven organization. The role includes statistical evaluation of test scenarios, analysis of cross-channel customer journeys (app and in-store behavior), and close collaboration with Data Science to industrialize data products.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions for questions around customer data and behavior, from defining objectives to delivering data-driven recommendations

• Design, run, and statistically evaluate test scenarios to measure the success of different measures

• Analyze cross-channel customer journeys to understand and optimize how app-driven digital impulses interact with in-store purchasing behavior

• Work closely with Data Science to industrialize data products and act as a point of contact for international teams regarding customer data analytics

Requirements

• Multi-year experience in (Customer) Analytics, E-Commerce, or CRM

• Good knowledge of Python and/or R; Databricks experience is a plus

• Comprehensive knowledge of statistical methods and experience with Machine Learning

• Analytical, structured, and methodical approach; ability to communicate complex topics simply

• Fluent German is required; good English skills

• Fixed-term for 2 years
