Description

You will act as the Subject Matter Expert helping NAMER Enterprise customers design and implement Generative AI solutions leveraging Amazon Bedrock. You will translate customer business challenges into data-science-driven solutions, defining and deploying ML models, agentic workflows, and GenAI applications. You will engage directly with senior engineers and executives, build prototypes and proof-of-concepts, and lead technical deep dives translating research into production-ready systems.

Role Description / Responsibilities

• Work with enterprise development and data science teams to understand business and technical needs

• Design and implement GenAI/ML solutions using AWS AI/ML services (including SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock)

• Build prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and explore novel agentic solutions

• Engage with enterprise customers to accelerate GenAI/ML adoption and deliver technical briefings/deep dives

• Partner with data scientists, solution architects, sales, and service teams to drive adoption and revenue for Bedrock/SageMaker-based use cases

• Share best practices and technical thought leadership via forums, reference architectures, and public events

• Serve as a technical liaison between customers and Bedrock (and other) service teams to provide product feedback

• Lead technical enablement materials for AWS GenAI subject matter experts in the AMERICAS

Requirements

• 5+ years of data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab) experience

• 4+ years of data scientist experience

• Experience with statistical models (e.g., multinomial logistic regression)

• Master’s degree or above in a quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science)

• 5+ years of end-to-end technical architecture, design, deployment, and operations for GenAI/ML platforms and applications

• 3+ years working with large language model technologies including LLM architectures and model evaluation

• Experience designing/implementing/consulting for Machine Learning/AI/Deep Learning solutions

• Domain experience in areas such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics
