Description

You will manage and progressively develop the company’s IT infrastructure with an emphasis on Windows Server and Microsoft environments. The position is hands-on and focused on independent troubleshooting and diagnosing infrastructure issues, including when to involve external specialists.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, and Entra ID
• Manage users, groups, permissions, and MFA
• Administer Microsoft 365 and licenses
• Perform user onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain hardware, software, and license records
• Ensure backup, recovery, and backup verification
• Provide basic security for servers, accounts, and devices
• Troubleshoot common infrastructure problems
• Start with an inventory of hardware, accounts, access, licenses, and backups, then standardize and develop the environment

Requirements

• Practical experience, especially with Windows Server + AD / GPO / Entra ID
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365
• Experience with backup/recovery and basic IT security
• Ability to independently analyze problems, decide what to solve, and select solutions appropriate to business needs

Benefits

• Salary: 55,000–75,000 CZK depending on experience and seniority
