Description

You will operate Linux and container-based services that run for real customers. The role focuses on automation (Python and/or Bash), monitoring/observability (metrics, logs, dashboards, alerting), runbooks, incident management, capacity planning, and performance optimization. You will also support deploying and operating containerized AI services on top of Linux, with a structured growth path toward AI runtime and model serving.

Responsibilities

• Operate Linux and container services in production

• Automate operational tasks using Python and/or Bash

• Implement monitoring, dashboards, logs, alerting, and basic observability

• Support deployment and operations of AI services in containers

• Handle incidents, capacity planning, and performance tuning

• Create runbooks and operational documentation; share knowledge in the team

• Participate in on-call/standby rotations after onboarding

Requirements

• Production-level Linux administration

• Docker (or equivalent container technology)

• Python as primary automation language, or very strong scripting experience in another language

• Experience with monitoring and observability (metrics, logs, dashboards, alerting)

• Experience operating production services and performing incident management

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Kubernetes

• Basic understanding of APIs, request routing, and service operations

• Relevant commercial experience, independence, and strong ownership

• English for technical documentation and communication with vendors
