Description

You will analyze leasing customers’ needs and propose solutions for leasing business processes and functional designs for system development and implementation. You will design, analyze, test, and consult solutions with the client while working with the development team and fellow analysts to continuously improve the OneCore product built on Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Analyze leasing business requirements and propose best-fit solutions for business processes
• Create functional designs/specifications for system development and implementation
• Perform solution analysis and testing, including UAT participation
• Present proposed solutions to clients and consult during implementation
• Proactively contribute to international projects and improve the OneCore product

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or ERP consulting
• Knowledge of leasing company processes (lease contracts, receivables, insurance, operational leasing, risk management)
• Ability to analyze requirements and prepare functional specifications
• ERP knowledge and/or experience with ERP implementations
• Experience presenting proposed solutions to clients
• Experience with Jira and Confluence (or similar), UML, and ideally Enterprise Architect
• Basic knowledge of REST/JSON APIs
• UAT experience
• Very good English communication (written and spoken)
