Description

You will test prototypes and components for automatic fire detection systems, collaborating with a multidisciplinary engineering team. The role includes developing automated tests and scripts (Python, JavaScript, VBScript), configuring and maintaining test equipment, executing and recording tests, and updating test specifications for new features.

You will also support migration of test cases to a new testing tool and provide technical support across projects.

• Execute and record tests
• Support migration of test cases to a new test tool
• Coordinate projects and provide technical support to the team

Requirements

• Degree in software engineering, electrical engineering, or IT
• Experience with hardware and embedded system testing
• Experience using version control systems (GitHub)
• English proficiency for daily communication with international colleagues
• Experience defining test system design and performing functional testing or software testing
• Knowledge of any programming language or scripting, including algorithm design
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA and Zephyr Scale
• Ability to work and collaborate in a team
