Description

Join as an IT specialist to develop, administer, and support local applications running on an in-house web/database platform. You will maintain and optimize MS SQL Server and IIS, program SQL and web components, and actively use AI tools to support and advise on AI project implementations. The role also includes troubleshooting incidents and improving application and database performance.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize MS SQL Server
• Manage SQL users and permissions
• Analyze and optimize SQL Server performance and operations
• Develop SQL applications and tune their performance
• Program and administer web applications on MS IIS; configure the IIS web server
• Use and apply AI tools in day-to-day work
• Provide expert consulting and support for the design and delivery of AI projects across the group (cross-border collaboration in English)
• Collaborate with IT and other departments for new technology rollouts
• Handle technical incidents and support users
• Analyze and optimize performance of applications and databases
• Contribute to the development and modernization of internal IT systems

Requirements

• Practical experience with MS SQL language
• Knowledge of web technologies and Microsoft IIS
• Ability to navigate and work with AI/AI tools
• Interest in modern technologies and active use of AI in daily work
• Orientation in operating systems and network infrastructure
• Communicative English skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver tasks to completion
• Comfort communicating technical requirements with non-technical stakeholders
