Description

You’ll take the direction from an external agency and turn it into concrete projects and finished deliverables. The role includes leading and coordinating an internal marketing team and external partners across content, email, social media, SEO/GEO, influencers, and campaign execution for the company’s e-shops and brands (including Czech and European expansion). You’ll also work with performance data to evaluate results and refine campaigns together with the agency.

Responsibilities

• Translate agency strategy into specific projects and outputs
• Lead and coordinate the internal marketing team and external collaborators (content, email, social media, graphics, photos, SEO/GEO, influencers)
• Manage projects end-to-end—from brief through delivery—ensuring deadlines and quality
• Own content and campaign execution across e-shops/brands (CZ and EU expansion)
• Use data to evaluate performance and iterate with the agency
• Act as the liaison between the company and the agency

Requirements

• Ownership mindset; ability to take tasks and drive them to completion
• Strong motivation to grow
• Independence, responsibility, and strong organizational skills; able to manage yourself and others
• Communicative and people-leading approach with natural respect
• Comfort working with numbers and data
• Basic orientation in online marketing
• Higher education, certificates, and years of experience are a plus, but not decisive
