Description

You’ll take ownership of UX/UI design for an AI learning platform where users practice soft skills through AI conversations. The product includes conversation experiences, AI ratings and feedback, and a personal progress dashboard, available on both the web and in VR. You’ll work closely with the team lead and developers to turn early ideas into clear, polished, scalable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Map user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final polished designs

• Translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive user experiences

• Conduct lightweight user testing and iterate based on learnings

• Create high-quality UI and maintain a scalable design system in Figma

• Build and maintain components and libraries to support developer implementation

• Prepare assets for smooth developer handoff

• Design the learning experience, including the progress dashboard and how users understand and act on feedback and scores

• Design the web conversation experience (session start, feedback, and ratings)

• Shape how AI feedback feels useful, clear, fair, and motivating

• Help shape the VR experience (onboarding and the connection between VR and web)

• Explore how AI and emerging technologies can improve learning

• Prototype and visually explore ideas

• Collaborate with the development team; explain decisions, incorporate feedback, and stay involved through implementation

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showing both UX thinking and polished UI

• Advanced Figma skills: components, variables, auto layout, prototyping, developer handoff

• Strong understanding of user flows and information architecture

• Strong understanding of wireframing and prototyping

• Usability testing experience

• Strong visual design skills: typography and layout

• Experience with design systems and scalable UI

• Comfort working with developers and considering technical feasibility

• Ability to take ownership and move work forward without waiting for perfectly defined instructions
