Description

You will support R&D project teams in cybersecurity, AI, security of technical systems, and organizational/infrastructure resilience by creating solutions from early problem discovery through prototypes, testing, validation, and documentation. The role focuses on producing and editing technical and research deliverables while ensuring your documentation is clear, consistent, and ready for practical use.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical, user, methodological, and R&D documentation
• Edit reports, instructions, service descriptions, and implementation materials
• Organize research, testing, validation, and review results
• Collaborate with experts to simplify language in recommendations and reports
• Maintain consistent terminology across project documents and external materials
• Support preparation of publications, conference presentations, expert opinions, and other conference materials
• Archive final project documentation

Requirements

• Higher education
• At least 1 year of professional experience
• Experience creating technical, project, research, implementation, or product documentation
• Excellent Polish writing and ability to edit complex technical content
• Ability to work with experts and organize information from multiple sources
• Basic understanding of technology projects, R&D, cybersecurity, AI, and IT
• English proficiency to use standards, literature, and technical documentation
