Description

Develop and optimize SharePoint-based solutions for a public-sector cross-border project focused on improving key business processes and implementing an ICT system for multi-level information management and reporting. You will convert business requirements into technical solutions, design and implement front-end and server-side components, and support the full software lifecycle—from analysis and prototyping to deployment, maintenance, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop IT solutions

• Lead development teams

• Translate business requirements into technical designs

• Optimize software for performance, security, and quality

• Prepare technical documentation

• Estimate work effort and delivery timelines

• Define software development standards

• Select technical solutions aligned with business needs

• Monitor and analyze metrics

• Manage configuration and release processes

• Participate in requirements analysis, testing/QA, deployments, and change management

• Create prototypes and testing tools

• Provide application support at 2nd/3rd line level

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional IT experience

• 2+ years in a similar position

• At least one full IT solution lifecycle (analysis/design → implementation → maintenance)

• Very good knowledge of SharePoint Online / SPFx

• Experience with React and JavaScript and building front-end solutions

• Very good knowledge of C#/.NET Framework and SQL

• Experience with SharePoint server-side solutions (Web Parts, Event Receivers, Timer Jobs)

• Experience integrating SharePoint data using PnP, SharePoint REST API, and Microsoft Graph API

• Ability to design application layers: data layer, business logic layer, UI layer

• Knowledge of UML and using it in application design

• Practical secure coding/OWASP knowledge for securing .NET and JavaScript applications

• Experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Platform

• Experience working in Scrum

• SharePoint certificate

• Higher education
