Description

You will oversee and further develop modern Web Security systems such as access gateways, web application firewalls, API gateways, web service gateways, and authentication solutions. The role includes planning, designing, optimizing, and driving both technical and functional improvements. You will also contribute to Web Security projects and actively support modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support Web Security systems (access gateway, Web Application Firewall, API gateway, Web Service Gateway, authentication solutions)
• Plan, design, optimize, and advance these IT solutions technically and functionally
• Participate in Web Security projects and support modernization initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification plus relevant work experience
• Practical experience in automation of IT processes or experience in DevSecOps
• Secure handling of APIs, especially SOAP and REST
• Good knowledge of network protocols and standard encryption/authentication solutions in Web Security (e.g., OAuth, SAML)
• Initial knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); ideally OpenShift experience
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and high self-motivation
