Description

Develop and support scalable, production-critical financial applications across the full software development lifecycle. You will analyze business requirements, break them into stories, implement features, and provide ongoing support for deployed systems. The role emphasizes balancing new functionality with system health and managing technical debt.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team and product owner to deliver iterative features into production

• Analyze business requirements and implement solutions accordingly

• Support deployed applications under a “build it, support it” approach

• Identify technical debt and balance effort between new features and system health

• Design compliant solutions for new features within technology standards and constraints

• Improve code quality and share knowledge with teammates

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience

• Experience with Java, Kotlin, and JavaScript/React (client & server)

• Understanding of Unix environments and database concepts (consumer perspective)

• Familiarity with HTTP APIs (e.g., REST)

• Proficiency with Git and SQL

• Willingness to learn multiple programming languages

• Communicative English

• Legal right to work in the European Union
