Description

You will help automate and optimize internal data and IT processes and develop department-specific software solutions. The position focuses on full-stack development: modern frontend features, robust REST API design, and high-performance data processing with PostgreSQL or MSSQL. You will ensure code quality through testing and documentation while collaborating in agile teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex applications
  • Implement modern frontend features
  • Design robust REST APIs
  • Deliver performant data processing using PostgreSQL/MSSQL
  • Own complex development tasks and actively shape the software architecture
  • Ensure high code quality through testing and clean documentation; promote best practices
  • Collaborate with users in cross-functional teams to gather requirements and maintain clear documentation
  • (Ideally) contribute to continuous improvements of build, test, and deployment processes

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
  • Solid and multi-year professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer (at least 2–3 years)
  • Expert backend experience with Java or Kotlin; Python is a plus
  • Good knowledge of frontend development
  • Secure SQL database skills (PostgreSQL, MSSQL)
  • Structured, analytical, and methodical working style for planning and implementing software projects
  • Fluent German (min. C1)
