Description

You will develop AI solutions from the early stages—problem discovery, literature and standards review, prototyping, testing, validation, and documentation—often working with incomplete requirements. The role centers on building AI modules for analyzing information, documents, and text data, detecting gaps and inconsistencies and extracting risk patterns, and generating recommendations for expert review. You will also design experiments and quality metrics, integrate AI modules with backend and reporting systems, and document results, limitations, and model usage rules.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI modules for information, document, and text-data analysis
• Design methods to detect missing data, inconsistencies, and risk patterns in descriptive data
• Prepare AI-generated recommendations for expert review
• Research AI, NLP, and LLM literature and best practices with expert input
• Design experiments and quality evaluation metrics
• Integrate AI modules with backend systems and reporting
• Document experimental results, constraints, and rules for using the models

Requirements

• Higher education
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Experience with AI, NLP, machine learning, data science, and working with large and small language models in Python
• Ability to design and validate AI experiments
• Ability to design language-model architectures for specific system tasks
• Knowledge of text processing plus classification, information extraction, or semantic search
• Ability to evaluate the quality of AI outputs
• English proficiency to use scientific literature and technical documentation
