Description

You will experiment with AI to solve real internal problems and improve workflows using machine learning, neural networks, and language models. You’ll build small prototypes, work with data to train and test models, analyze results, and integrate AI experiments with existing applications, APIs, and tools. You will also compare approaches, decide what to develop further, recognize when AI is not the right solution, and share discoveries with the team—while considering security and privacy challenges for enterprise use.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate how AI can address internal business problems and streamline workflows

• Experiment with machine learning, neural networks, and language models

• Build small prototypes and assess their performance

• Train and test models on data; analyze and interpret results

• Integrate AI experiments with existing applications, APIs, and tools

• Compare approaches and help decide which ideas to continue developing

• Identify situations where AI is not an appropriate solution

• Address security, privacy, and practical enterprise deployment challenges

• Share findings with the team

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of machine learning, neural networks, and language models

• Ability to program in Python and experiment with AI/ML tools or frameworks

• Understanding of working with data and evaluating model outcomes

• Curious, analytical mindset with a desire to understand mechanisms behind solutions

• Eagerness to learn new topics through testing and experimentation
