• Workplace: Leopolda 31, 40-189 Katowice (onsite; after 3 months hybrid possible)

• Focus: R&D team in cyber security, AI, technical system security, and organizational/infrastructure resilience

Description

You will create backend and data solutions from early R&D stages—problem recognition, literature/standards review, prototyping, testing, validation, and documentation. The work includes implementing data models, building APIs and data import/validation/processing mechanisms, supporting testing of scoring and decision-rule models, and creating search/filtering and dependency analysis mechanisms. You will also ensure data quality, auditability of changes, and efficient query performance, while producing unit and integration tests and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement data models describing complex relationships and processes

• Build APIs and data import, validation, and processing mechanisms

• Participate in testing scoring models and decision-rule logic

• Prepare mechanisms for searching, filtering, and analyzing dependencies

• Ensure data quality, auditability of changes, and query performance

• Create unit and integration tests

• Document technical assumptions and validation findings

Requirements

• Higher education

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience

• Backend development, data engineering, or API development experience

• Rust or Go API development experience

• Relational database knowledge

• Ability to design data structures for complex processes

• Experience testing and documenting components

• Readiness for R&D work with iterative solution development
