Description

Lead IT initiatives in a banking context focused on cloud and API integration, ensuring the full application lifecycle from business requirements to production. Drive architecture development, end-to-end DevOps collaboration, and standardization/harmonization of interfaces, processes, and data models. Evaluate technology trends and translate them into concrete recommendations while ensuring security and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead developers, business analysts, and solution architects
• Own lifecycle management, architecture development, and process steering from analysis to production
• Support team growth by assisting with design decisions and knowledge building
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advance end-to-end DevOps and shared architectural understanding
• Manage the application change pipeline including business requirements, architecture principles, IT security, and compliance
• Assess technology trends and derive actionable recommendations
• Partner with business analysts and subject-matter areas to turn business needs into sound IT concepts and architectures
• Ensure architecture decisions are documented, communicated, and implemented in projects
• Advance standardization/harmonization of interfaces, processes, and data models and contribute to business analysis processes

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
• Long-term professional experience in IT or banking environment, including several years of leadership with specialist/disciplinary responsibility
• Experience leading IT projects, ideally with focus on standardization, platform strategy, or architecture modernization
• Proficient with SAP application architecture, integration, and customizing
• Experience with architecture methods (e.g., TOGAF, EAM) and analysis tools
• Strong business analysis, requirements management, and process design skills
