Description

Design and evolve modular LabVIEW applications that emulate complex operational environments for a family of tactical-system emulators. Build reusable VIs and script automated test sequences to enable rigorous, repeatable verification of frequently updated firmware/software. Work in a fast-paced, high-visibility program with strong problem-solving and proactive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evolve modular LabVIEW applications for tactical-system emulation

• Create reusable LabVIEW components (VIs) and apply architecture/design patterns

• Develop automated test sequences within the LabVIEW environment

• Integrate software modules into automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines

• Apply software testing principles to test-case design and verification/validation

• Collaborate with the team using Agile/Scrum practices (e.g., sprint planning and backlog grooming)

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience developing LabVIEW applications

• Professional experience developing complex LabVIEW applications for test and measurement

• Experience creating reusable VIs and using the LabVIEW Architecture Framework (or equivalent patterns)

• Ability to script test-automation sequences in LabVIEW

• Ability to interpret and work from hardware schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings

• Familiarity with Git or SVN and configuration-management best practices

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
