Description

You will ensure the quality of banking web applications, focusing on user profiles, customer data management, and authentication/authorization processes. The role includes designing and executing test scenarios, performing manual testing, and creating and maintaining automated tests with Playwright. You will also test SOAP/REST APIs, analyze and report defects, and support QA activities within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test scenarios for web applications

• Perform manual testing of systems and applications

• Create, develop, and maintain automated tests using Playwright

• Participate in designing and improving test automation frameworks

• Test APIs (SOAP/REST)

• Analyze, report, and track defects with the development team

• Work with databases and write SQL queries

• Contribute to test planning and continuous improvement of QA processes

• Collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, and business stakeholders

• Support QA activities in an Agile environment

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of software testing experience

• Hands-on experience with Playwright and test automation

• Experience testing web applications

• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC

• Ability to work with databases and strong SQL skills

• Basic programming skills (Java, Python, or JavaScript) for automation

• Experience testing SOAP and REST APIs

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good organizational skills, responsibility, and communication

• Ability to work in a team and under time pressure

• English at B2 level or higher
